Kay Xiong always dreamed of opening a restaurant. Her love of cooking began when she cooked with her dad as a young girl. She continues to learn how to grow fresh herbs for her dishes from her 91-year-old mother. Her food has already captured the hearts of the local community, and now she’s ready to share her love of cooking and rich flavors with the world.
